The GooMoney Genesis Event marks the beginning of our mission: A community-first, Bitcoin-backed currency designed to reward early believers, not insiders.

This is a fair launch with no venture capital, no private sales, and no insider allocations. Only whitelisted users can participate, and all access is granted via Galxe and our launch partners.

• Best suited for long term holders and early believers

GOO Bonds (Liquid GOO)

• Available from Stage 2 onward

• No vesting required

• Tokens are liquid and tradable upon claim

• Can be sold at market price or redeemed at floor value (1 satoshi per GOO)

• Ideal for users seeking optionality and liquidity

Timeline Overview

The Genesis Event unfolds in 3 phases (with 2 additional optional stages) starting in Q4 2025. Stage 2 is set to take place on January 2026, with Stage 3 following shortly after.

The refund window opens after the last stage and lasts 3 days. The GOO Token Generation Event (TGE) follows immediately after the refund period.
